I am looking for a female or gay male roommate to rent the second room in a 2 Bedroom 2.5 Bath townhouse in Cordova. The house has a double master set up with both bedrooms upstairs. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom and there is a half bathroom downstairs. The living room and kitchen are very large. Washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher are available. There is off street parking and a large fenced in back yard with a large storage shed. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet.
I am a 27 year old female. I work full time. I would prefer a roommate who also works full time. I like movies and video games. I rarely drink and do not do drugs. I also do not smoke. I do not mind smokers as long as they are outdoor only. I have a dog. She is a 3 year old Malinois. The lease only allows for one pet so unfortunately no additional animals will be allowed, which is unfortunate because I want to be a crazy dog lady and have a ton of dogs.
