I've posted on this subreddit before stating that my roommate and I are interested in getting one large apartment 900+ sqft in SOMA and splitting the rent.

For those of you following, we finally leased an apartment!

Location

We're located on the corner of Folsom St and 5th, very close to the BART and Caltrain. The amazing part is that we're actually the first tenants to lease it. So the apartment is brand spanking new.

Offer

We will pay all utilities (water, energy, trash, internet, etc). We're only asking for rent:

regular bedroom (for single or double occupants): $2050

living room (single occupant): $1700

living room (double occupant): $1250 each

Note:

Before your eyes pop out at the living room prices, let me tell you the living room is the biggest room in the apartment and it's huge! The entire place is about 1000 sqft. We are only looking for 2-3 roommates TOTAL. So a max of 5 ppl in the apartment. We welcome couples!
