This is a small write-up I'd like to include before moving onto the ingredients and actual recipe for a blog post. I'd highly appreciate any help and thoughts. Especially the second paragraph, I think I should shorten it.

This is a simple baked salmon recipe that works as an apt entrée for a brunch, lunch, or an enjoyable dinner with family and friends.
Since these oven baked pot pies can be made a day in advance, once covered and refrigerated, they can go straight from the refrigerator to the oven and to the table without any last minute cooking to worry about.
The spring veggie addition brings in a nice change to an otherwise fishy dish. Great for any pescetarian friends! Also, know that this recipe doubles easily.
