I want to cook ~10 chicken breasts to last me from Monday-Friday. What's the best method for keeping these fresh?
My plan is to leave four breasts out for Monday and Tuesday. On Tuesday, pull a few more out and put them into the refrigerator. By Wednesday, they'll be ready to eat and I can pull the last of the chicken out for Friday night.
Is this a safe method, or am I going to end up getting sick?
