Looking for a housemate who can move into a large, fully furnished house ASAP! SBU

Hello, everyone. We are 3 graduate students looking for someone to fill a 4th spot in our house. The house is fully furnished, as well as the room and the room itself has a closet, two dressers, a desk, a chair, a bed, an AC unit, and a couch that can fold out into a bed. The kitchen has all the appliances you would need (Stove, Oven, Blender, Juicer, Dish Washer, Kettle, Microwave, and two Refrigerators) and has plenty of storage for food. It also has a driveway for parking, a big back yard, a washing machine and dryer, and a nice living room. The rent is $810, everything included (all utilities and cable and internet).
