Hi, I bought one of those sushi platters from the grocery store last night (around 7pm), and I need to know if it's safe to eat. I had to go to the ER at 7 and wait until about 3am to finally put the sushi in the refrigerator. It was sitting in my trunk from 7-3. It was cool outside. The sushi as been sitting in the refrigerator ever since then (3:00pm now). Is this sushi safe to eat?
