I'm a complete newbie to meal prepping, and I see that one of the staples of everyone's meals is rice. Anytime I have leftover rice and stick it in the refrigerator, the next time I take it out it's lost all it's mostiure and is impossible to eat. Is there a certain kind of rice to get (short grain vs long grain)? A way to store it? Some weird trick (I think my mom used to say throw a piece of bread in the container)?
