Why are restaurant bathrooms so much colder than the rest of the restaurant? They often seem to be at least 5-10 degrees colder than the rest of the restaurant, to the point where walking into a ladies' room feels like walking into a refrigerator.
I know restaurants are usually kept cooler than other places might be, since the staff is busy and gets hot, but shouldn't the bathroom be about the same temperature as the rest of the space? My bathroom at home is about the same temperature as the rest of my apartment.
