Awkward bay window space in kitchen HomeImprovement

My fiancé and I recently bought our first home in Ohio, and remodeled the kitchen. The house was built in the 40's and the kitchen doesn't really have a large enough spot for a modern refrigerator. It started out where the pantry cabinets are now. The layout is much more functional now with the pantry and fridge where they are, except that the bay window space is awkward. We've toyed with a few ideas: a window seat, a small bistro table, a murphy table or maybe shelving next to the fridge; but each idea has drawbacks, namely seating issues considering the fridge placement. We're not interested in knocking out walls or anything large-scale or drastic, just making the bay window more functional. I'm looking for some input and ideas! The floorplan drawing is not to scale.
