I just want to share my honest thoughts: I went to the supermarket today, there were people outside complaining they couldn't get in because their ID didn't end in 3 or 4. This Saturday was for the 3 or 4 like me. Inside everything is constant propaganda. The whole place is coloured red like the socialist party. Every 2 meters there was a photo of Chavez on the window wall. Filled with images of Maduro and Simon Bolivar as well. "we feed you with peace" could be read "thanks to the socialist revolution". Products like milk and sugar have government achievements written all over. There was the typical coffee and flour limit per person. an old sign said this was the wing of the dental care, pharmacy, towels, toilet paper and personal hygiene. There were only towels though. There were several empty shelves and refrigerators. They took my fingerprint in a little machine to make sure I won't try to buy there until next week. It barely resembles the old supermarket before it was expropriated. Why this happens?
