1)Nigger tenants like to waste the water and leave the lights on to spite their landlords. They felt they had to get their money worth.
2) niggers broke a toilet in a domestic violence incident. Cops were called regularly.
3) the kids used the walls as a coloring book.
4) the house reeked of marijuana
5) their was a rat in the refrigerator
6) the stove was neglected and never cleaned. The stove had so much thick grime and grease, it had to be thrown out.
7) they used the kitchen cabinets as storage for power tools.
8) only paid half the rent, which was on behalf from the government. He did not pay a cent.
9) never vacuumed the place once. Had to wear a mask when cleaning the premises when the coon was evicted.
10) they believed I was rich since I owned a house and constantly asked me for stuff.
11) coon had a Cadillac, and pimped it out. He was in a car club. Still never paid the rent.
Tldr: Don't rent to niggers and nigger families.
