The refrigerator at my work broke and I had some yogurt and a garbanzo bean patty in there. The yogurts were warm so those are getting tossed. The garbanzo bean patty was homemade, with celery, onion, bell peppers and an egg for binding, and was fried on a pan at home. It was in the fridge for about 3 hours before I took it out and put it in the working fridge.
I plan on heating it up if I decide to eat it, but was wondering, if something like the garbanzo patty was in a non-working fridge for about 3 hours, is it still safe to eat? The only non-veggie thing was the egg, and, that was cooked.
Thanks!
