...however, I don't know if it has been served to Nfather yet. He lives in another state that borders on mine. So when I obtained the order of protection on Monday, I went straight from the courthouse to the sheriff's office in nfather's state to hand deliver the order of protection. The downside is, I have to face nfather in court on the 27th of this month.
I decided to get the order of protection after nfather found my Twitter and Instagram accounts and started harassing me there. He took screen shots of my mother and I enjoying a glass of wine, and accused us of being alcoholics and said that we take benzodiazepines with alcohol (another lie). He uploaded these images to his Pinterest account (!!) using the hashtags #72HourHold and #DangerToSelfAndOthers. My sister is pregnant with her first child, and he uploaded images about fetal alcohol syndrome (last summer, well before my sister got pregnant, she would have a couple of beers per week), and other images that stopped just short of calling my sister a whore and accusing her of cheating on her partner.
Sometime between Monday night and Tuesday morning, nfather's Pinterest account disappeared completely and is still gone. The Twitter account he used to harass me is gone, but I have screen shots of the Pinterest account and the nasty things he tweeted at me, in case I need them for evidence on the 27th.
He also called my place of employment (for he is far too chickenshit to actually show up there in the flesh) and told my boss that I was under investigation for murder (??? NO idea where he got this one from) and that he was being harassed by both my mother and I (when it's actually the other way around. My mother and I have had absolutely no contact with him whatsoever). Everyone at work has been super supportive of me, and the judge ruled that nfather is not allowed to come to my house nor my place of employment. My husband is also included on the order of protection.
I was texting back and forth with my sister this afternoon, and she says she thinks that nfather has been served with the order of protection because he has no money to move and has nowhere to move to. One of the fake Facebook accounts that nfather used to harass me with had a picture of his refrigerator and the caption said "Last day in the old house. A lot of good times were had here" and it was dated the first of this year. I told my sister about this, and she says that nfather is a pathological liar (which is true), he has no money, and that he has nowhere else to go.
Just to be sure, I am going to call the courthouse tomorrow and see whether or not he was served with the order of protection. I find it ironic that almost twelve years to the date that he had my mother served with a bogus order of protection (that's another long story), he is being served with a legitimate one.
He's been sending my mother (they are divorced) some pretty bogus texts. In one text, he said he was sending the FBI after her because she is supposedly mixing her antidepressants with alcohol. I wish I were making this up. My mother won't change her number (no idea why, though), and for the longest time, she didn't block him on Facebook and used her ignorance of technology as the reason why. :/
