PC browning out whenever anything power hungry in my house cycles on. (xpost /buildapc) techsupport

I built my gaming PC about two weeks ago, and up until last night it was running smoothly. But recently, whenever my furnace or refrigerator cycles on, my PC is browning out for a second or so. The monitor goes completely black, then the picture will just come back.

This is so weird that I don't know where to start. I figure it has something to do with power draw, but I'm not knowledgable enough to figure it out. It's odd that this started only last night, and the only thing that I did to change my PC recently is decrease the overlclock.

As I am typing this, the PC is doing something even worse than a 1 second brown out. The screen was showing artifacts, and flickering on and off for a solid minute.

Some background on my house's electrical- I have a lot of things plugged into the same fuse that my PC is on. I know that's not really a good thing, but it's not caused any trouble so far. The weird thing is that the furnace and fridge are not on the same fuse as my PC is. So I don't know how they could be interacting electrically.

Edit: It appears that the graphics card is the thing browning out, not the entire PC. The PC responded to me pausing a game while the display was blank for about 30 seconds.
