We are looking for another roommate for our town home. The rent is really cheap for the location and quality IMHO (look at the pics). We are two easy going guys who have been friends for a long time, and we are looking for another chill person to live with. We don't care about your sexual orientation, ethnicity, or religion. Requirements
Be attending A&M or Blinn Between ages of 18-21 Male only Job not required but prefered (basically we should know that you will never not have enough money to pay for rent or utilities). Chill easy going attitude Able to purchase food for your self Must maintain cleanliness (no hoarders or pissing in water bottles, basically no weird nasty stuff) Able to furnish (I.E. bed and whatever else you like in your room) Able to move in and start paying rent for the month of may 2015.
Cost 500$ a month rent Split utilities (Me and the other roommate are only paying for water, electricity/gas, and internet. If you want T.V. you must buy this yourself)
