Okay, so I apologize in advance if any of this is fermentation 101 type stuff, but I know zero about fermenting (but that may change!). Anyway, my friends and I put on our yearly Christmas party two months ago and one of the things that was made was homemade apple cider made in a slow cooker. We made more than enough and put the leftover cider in a few beer growlers (thoroughly washed, inside and out) and stuck them in the garage since the refrigerator was full.
Well, they're still there and haven't been touched since the party, which was on the 18th of December. I guess the biggest question I have is if I've made anything worth drinking.
