How long to deep fry something that was cooked sous vide, then immediately chilled and refrigerated? sousvide


To be exact, I cooked several ground beef patties in a 126 F water bath. They are now chilled and sitting in the refrigerator.


I want to heat them up by deep frying them but I'm unsure how long they should go. Anyone know?
