Apartment has a refrigerator with ice maker, oven range, garbage disposal, dishwasher and microwave, washer and dryer. Utilities included are electricity, water, sewer, trash, cable-TV and Internet. There is no utilities cap. There is also a gym, pool, and basketball court, computer labs, Movie Theater, and tanning beds that are free for all residents. Has a shuttle to UCF every 15 mins. Shuttle stop located in front of the apartment building.
Knights Circle is located at 12440 Golden Knight Cir, Orlando, FL 32817 across the street of UCF's Main Campus, five miles from Valencia Community College and about 20 miles from Seminole State College. Message me if interested.
