I've started buying bulk hops and, well, it's addicting. we have very modest freezer space in our apartment, but copious fridge space thanks to my beer and brewing pursuits. I've been breaking the bags down into more usable 1-2oz quantities in vacuum seal bags. Would bags like this keep alright in a refrigerator, or do they really need to be kept at freezer temps for longer periods?
tl;dr: I want to make sure I don't get murdered in my sleep for taking up half the freezer with hops.
