My SO and I are looking to rent out 1 room to a single occupant for $700 a month plus utilities (usually around $30 but no more that $50 a person a month.) Private room with 1 1/2 bath (full bath is divided by door with lock so shower and sink can be used at the same time), full access to kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, etc) living room (with tv) wash and dryer in home, and Internet. Plenty of parking, with in walking distance of Olde Town Tustin, 5 minutes to Tustin Market place, and 5 minutes to the 5 and 55 freeways.
My SO and I are both working and going to school full time. Our hours do vary slightly from week to week but we are never up before 8am and while on occasion we might be up till 1am (I some times get home around midnight from work) we only ever watch TV. We are very quiet, clean and just like to hang out. We don't party, only drink occasionally (never much.) We enjoy making food, watch Friends on Netflix, play boardgames, and going out. We do have two extremely friendly cats who really won't bother you, and can be 100% out of your room if so requested (did this with one roommate who was slightly allergic and she never had a problem)
