Hi! I've been living out of my car for the last couple months, and have recently been thinking a lot about my health- and my diet. I want to try the paleo diet, but I don't know where to start. I don't have a refrigerator. I don't have a stove, or cooking utensils. What are some basic meals I can make while living in a car? Especially ones with meat? What about prepackaged meats, or hotdogs?
