We put an offer in on a multi-family and specifically stated we wanted 4 stoves, 4 refrigerators, 4 washers and 4 dryers. He accepted our offer at our offering price and our terms, etc. Now after talking to the tenants, 2 out of the 4 tenants provided their own appliances (everything, washer, dryer, stove, etc.). How would you handle this? Our realtor said something about making an addendum for some appliance credits, what does that mean specifically. I'm guessing they value the appliance at ~$400 a piece and then multiply that by the number missing, and reduce our offer accordingly?
