I own a house in Indiana that is currently being rented out and managed by a property management company since 2010. I left the refrigerator, stove, and gas dryer with the house.
I received the year-end paperwork over the weekend and found that the management co. removed the dryer from the house. According to the paperwork this happened 12/20/2013. I emailed them asking what happened and they said it quit working and the tenant provided their own dryer.
I've reviewed the management agreement and it doesn't say anything about appliances.
Is this normal? Is there anything I can do to make sure the other appliances aren't just thrown out without my knowledge?
