I need some serious help, I don't know what's wrong with me. clusterheads

Alright so on October 10th I was at work and I got shocked very bad from a refrigerator unit on the line ( I'm a chef). I lost all the feeling in my hand and half way up my left arm. I also had cartilage inflammation. I was only in the hospital for about 20 hours, but I remember having a killer headache. Every day after this accident I kept getting worse headaches and much more frequently. These head aches are in the same exact spot every time, left of my left eye to the left of my temple for width wise and from the top of my jaw to the middle of my head length wise. Now this is where I start not understanding what's happening to me. My head sometimes feels like its about to blow the fuck up, I can't sit still. I cry It hurts so bad, I have broken bones and they don't compare to this. It feels like a hot dull knife stabbing from the inside of my brain outwards. I scream , I have passed out at work while on light duty from it happening. The pain is unreal. I get about 2 of these head aches every single day and I have been for about 2 and a half months. On top of that I also get a second type of head ache. Much less severe but it is still mind numbing. How ever these headaches make me nauseous and I want just lay under my covers and do nothing. I also get these headaches about twice a day. They affect a larger area of the left side of my head though. Now about once a week I will be hit by both of these at the same time. It is completely unbearable. All I think about is killing myself. It's all I can think about some times, I'm starting to actually get to the point of almost going through with it. I'm scaring my self I don't want to die but I don't want to live like this. My neurologist is a workers comp doctor so all she cares about is getting me back to work. Idk what to do. I haven't even been diagnosed with anything. Somebody help me.
