Bought two extract + specialty grain kits in November. Are they still good? Homebrewing

Question is pretty much in the title. I have two packets of Safale 05 and some still sealed grains + LME in the refrigerator. Work constraints and below zero temperatures have really put off these brew sessions. Are the ingredients still viable?
