So my local grocery store had a whole bunch of steak today on markdown (about 5-6 pounds for $20) so I snatched it all up. I plan on eating it over the course of the next week, but which is better- to store it in the refrigerator for up to a week, or to freeze it for a day or two and then thaw it?
