I bought a condo last year. range/fridge/laundry center all from 70s.
the washer died so I had to replace it which means other 2 appliances might die soon. I plan to flip in 5 years so I was wondering if it was worth it to get a new fridge. I am not afraid of the old one dying just yet, but it's a possibility if I call a guy I am sure what he would tell me.
did some research and if I get a new fridge around $600, I potentially save $600-800 or something in 3-4 years for power bill. what would you do? please confirm my numbers if I am wrong.
