Since the last update (8.1.1) , the phone just randomly stops charging and after a while, the phone becomes unusable because it locks me out of the screen with the message at the bottom that says "slide for emergency" instead of "slide to unlock". I've been speaking to the Apple support for hours because we were certain that this is the software problem, but when we tried to connect to iTunes, it will just disconnect itself whenever the screen turns off. After the hard restore (holding home button when restarting) and restore and update, it connected to iTunes, and it started giving me temperature warning. After number of restores and updates and getting the same message, I was like fuck it and put it in the refrigerator for few minutes and tried connecting, and it amazingly worked again. I had no problem using and this appeared out of nowhere again today. It's really annoying and I am wondering what is causing this. Can anyone help me?
