I'm moving into a barracks room where I'll have a small microwave and mini refrigerator in my room with access to sub-par cafeteria food. I don't have access to anything more than a bathroom sink and I am not allowed an electric burner.
I'm a big fan of Mongolian BBQ and was thinking of making a "salad" to go, adding some protein like tofu or temph and fresh cabbage, minced garlic and lemon juice that I can store in my refrigerator, and then somehow cooking it and seasoning it after with sesame seeds and freshly ground pepper.
I know I won't be able to recreate the Mongolian BBQ meal but I'm trying to add some variety and anything close to it would be awesome.
Are there any special containers I could use for cooking vegetables in the microwave?
