Eating healthy has always been my greatest barrier to getting fit, sodium packed take-out for lunch being a main culprit. Today I finally took the time to pack raw vegetables, pita and a smidgen of hummus for lunch and it took almost no time at all, which leads me to wonder why I was so lazy in the first place!
If I can throw together a healthy meal for myself while half-asleep and working by the refrigerator light, I can pack things the night before and eat even better! More to come.
