First off, I'm sorry but I do not have a recipe because I did not weigh anything out. I only used bread flour, water, salt, and active dry yeast. I mixed it in my new Kitchenaid mixer and ended up with a moist, but workable dough. I let it rise for 4 hours, then put it in the refrigerator for an day. Today I took it out for 12 hours to sit on the counter, then I put it in the oven at 350 in a covered dutch oven for half an hour, then uncovered it and stuck in a probe thermometer and baked until it hit 200. I pulled it out and let it cool before cutting it and posting it here!
