Bought one of those whole rotisserie chickens from the store, and I ate the wings, thighs, legs… so now I have the two large breasts remaining but wish to save them for later. I will probably have both within the next 2-3 days.
It came in one of those trays with the closable lid and there is a lot of juice that collected in the bottom of it.
Should I put the breasts in a freezer bag and put some of the juice in it? Refrigerate? Freeze? Store it in it's initial container in the refrigerator?
And how should I go about reheating it (prefer to use an oven), and for how long? Thanks!
