So I worked/pumped all day and came home with about 17 oz of milk...which was promptly put in the freezer (in the bottles it was pumped into) to get it cold after being transported in the little Medela lunchbox cooler thing.
Well, husband forgot it and they all froze without being stored in bags :'(. My question is, if I thaw it in the refrigerator so it stays cold, can I refreeze it? I saw an article on kellymom that suggested it was fine but I need reassurance. Reason tells me it would be ok...what's the harm if it's staying at least the temp of the refrigerator?
Worst case scenario, I pump for the next 12-24 hours and let her drink all of the expressed milk from a bottle. This shit can't go to waste.
