[36M] My girlfriend [19F] is acting entitled and uses me financially. Help? relationships

When I met my girlfriend three years ago, I was unemployed. I was five thousand dollars in debt, and still struggling to pay my student loans. However, I decided to allow my girlfriend to move in with me. When she moved in, I was very poor, so I made a list of rules that she had to follow while she lived with me. I made the terms of our agreement very clear, and stated specifically that I expected her to behave properly.

The rules were simple, and not very demanding. She had to get the groceries, take out the garbage, and cook three meals a day. My girlfriend behaved properly at first, and everything went well. However, later things began to change. She became a little entitled, as if the apartment belonged to her as well.

Now she rarely cooks, never takes out the groceries, and makes me take out the garbage (she constantly complains about how sick she feels, but she always seems fine. I think it's bullcrap). She takes food without my permission, even though she knows which foods I enjoy. I've even had to divide the refrigerator, to let her know what I intend to eat.

Last year, I finally paid off the rest of my debts. I'm doing well financially, but I'm still irked by the pretentious attitude of my girlfriend. I think that she should appreciate all that I've done for her, and that she should either find a job or be respectful.

tl;dr: Girlfriend is taking advantage of my financial situation. Should I ask her to be more respectful?
