What's a good plan for my current living situation? bodybuilding


I have been taking accutane and decided since iylt was making my joints and back stiff/sore, I should not lift while I was on it. I am coming down to the end of my treatment soon so I will be able to start lifting once more.


When I stopped my lifts were pretty low after 3 months because I was doing the All Pro beginner program. Do you recommend that I do a strength program to start out with?


Also I get around $300 a month for food. I figured this would be enough money but the problem is that there are 6 people in my apartment and only 1 refrigerator. I have a mini fridge also but it makes buying in bolk pretty hard. I could maybe but egg whites in cartons and also eggs and put them in my mini fridge but besides that, we are very limited on space. We have a pantry but that I also a mess and cluttered. I could maybe fit a gallon of milk in my mini also but im not sure. What are some foods that would be good to buy that are quick to make and would take up little space? I have a George Foreman grill and a crock pot also along with out stove and microwave. I also want to leave some money for buying protein and stuff.
