I used to cellar my beer in a dark corner of my basement, but I recently moved to an apartment with no basement access. Am I better off keeping my "cellared" beers in a dark, room-temperature closet, or the refrigerator? Are these conditions so far from ideal that I should just rent space in a friend's basement?
