I live with two friends in the Excelsior/Outer Mission in a 3br home that has really been great so far. One of the roommates is moving out this January with little warning, which has left my current roommate and myself scrambling for housing opportunities at the end of this semester. She has expressed interest in getting a studio for herself. I, unfortunately, do not have assets that could carry that heavy of a financial burden.
So, here I am, either looking for roommates to fill the other two bedrooms at $1k/mo each, or looking for to rent a room in another location for ~$1k/mo.
About myself: -I am 21 years old. -Study opera/classical music at SFCM, downtown. -Clean/respectful, very "chill" demeanor. -420, again very respectful of others, and can work around this, but ideally looking for others to share in the splendor.
About my current location: -Located near Geneva/Mission -Quiet neighborhood for the surrounding area. -Very spacious kitchen, new stove/refrigerator. -Washer and drier on location, and garage. -Common areas are hardwood/tile, the two other bedrooms are neutral-colored carpet. -Will soon be unfurnished.
