Currently looking for someone to take over the rest of a lease with possible extension for a 1bed and bath cottage in menlo park. I unfortunately am not able to stay at the cottage due unforeseen circumstances.
it is a newly finished Spanish style cottage and adjacent to a residential home with it’s own private entry, patio & driveway. Great neighborhood and great for a student, professional or couple.
Close to University Ave., 15-20 min walk to downtown Palo Alto 15 minute walk to the bus station, and a grocery store Along with easy access to Highway 101 Close to Facebook as well Water is also included
Bedroom: Vaulted ceilings, spacious closet, large window Bathroom: Large tiled walk in shower with glass doors, Moen rain showerhead, vanity with storage, W/D, sky light Family Room: Well-lit with windows and can lights, high vaulted ceilings, open plan to kitchen & eating area Kitchen: All new appliances - dishwasher, refrigerator, garbage disposal, gas stove, oven, microwave oven; sky light Wood floors throughout except modern tile in bathroom
Dog is negotiable upon landlord approval with a small additional deposit. She’s normally fine with it though as I brought my pup up!
Lease application Requirements: references, current credit report, verification of employment/salary 1st months rent and $2,800 Deposit Lease until end of May with option to renew Ikea furniture in bedroom available upon request
