Looking for a specific fic, It was Remus/Sirius and set during the First War HPfanfiction

The Marauders plus Lily were living in the same place, and it featured an accompanying graphic of all the notes they left each other on the refrigerator. It may have been written for a challenge or community or something like that, but I'm not sure. I remember it being particularly well-written and heartbreaking, but it's been years.
