Furnace won't leak through drip hose HomeImprovement

First time ever messing with this, just turned on the furnace for the first time this year and it started dripping out of a little hole instead of going through its drip hose pictured here http://ift.tt/1stXU6a

The hose was being pinched by a refrigerator so I moved that, the water stopped leaking for 30 seconds, but then continued coming out of that little hole seen in the first picture. I've tried blocking it with my finger for a minute but the water never comes out of the hose. Any suggestions?
