7.5 years of paleo and this is still my favorite snack. Paleo


berries, nuts and coconut mix.


For the last 7 years this little snack has been a staple in my diet. I have yet to find a better pre/post workout snack for competition days. This snack is so diverse, you can add and remove as desired to suit your needs. Makes a great snack when run through the processor and frozen when you're in the mood for some "ice cream" as well.



  • 3x cups blueberries

  • 2x cups strawberries

  • 1x cup of blackberries

  • 1x cup of toasted (done myself) coconut flake

  • 1/2 pound of whole pecans

  • 1/2 pound of sliced or slivered almonds

  • 1/4 pound of walnuts


Mix in large bowl and let set for 24 hours in refrigerator.
