Starting off in college. Need some help gainit


So i am planning on staring to workout soon. Right now I am on accutane so I don't want to risk possibly doing joint damage and stuff. So right now I'm going to be doing low impact cardio (like riding the bikes and such). But once I'm done, I don't know where to start. My lifts are pretty low (about 160 squat and 115 bench for 2x12) so I don't know what program would be the most useful. I heard SS is a nice one. When I did have my little lifting stint before my snowboarding injury, I was going the AllPro beginner bodybuilding program which was supposed to be for size.


Another question is what should I be eating and buying? I have whey right now so I don't need thst. But food wise I get $300 a month and don't know exactly what to buy. We have one refrigerator for 6 of us so space is pretty tight. Should I be taking any other supps or should I focus mainly on food? Nutrition is usually my weak point cuz i can't stand the bland foods and don't really know many recipes that don't make the food go completely unhealthy.


Also i should probably add that I'm 30 years old, 5'10, and around 152 lbs so I'm not stick thin right now but I'm pretty small.
