I opened a couple bottles of white wine about a week and a half ago (Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio), and they have been in the refrigerator ever since. I have a couple of questions:
Are they still good to drink?
What kind of changes in odor and flavor should I expect?
I have read conflicting things about this issue on other websites, so thanks in advance for your help!
