Hey guys!
I'm very new to the whole brewing thingy so please excuse my ignorance.
So I just brewed my first dark beer, the whole brewing/tapping process went really good! It's now been carbonating at 24°C/75° fahrenheit for a week (+1 day), so in theory it should be fully done in 1-2 weeks.
The thing is, I tasted a bottle today after 24hrs in the fridge and the carbonation is pretty much perfect now (maybe a bit too much), and I really don't want any more "fizz" to it. Is there any way too stop it from carbonating more? I should mention the taste haven't really matured yet, it tastes kinda watery.
Any help/tips/comments is greatly appreciated!
