So I just moved and i have two choices for my cellar collection.
A) cardboard boxes as they have been, in a 67ish degree basement.
Or
B) in a regular refrigerator with other food and beer, not dedicated solely to my cellared beers. So it would be normal fridge temps around 40 or so.
Thoughts?
