Respect The Felt! (Homestuck) respectthreads

The Felt are a gang of time-travelling leprechauns who clash with the rival gang known as the Midnight Crew. Each one of them has a unique ability.

Itchy

Itchy has the power to slow down time relative to himself, allowing him to move with (what appears to others to be) incredible speed.

• Quickly swaps around his, Doze's, and Clubs Deuce's hats

• Rapidly circles Spades Slick

• Covers a large distance quickly

Doze

Doze's power is the ability to slow down time relative to others.

Trace

Trace's power is the ability to see and interact with people's "past trails"

• Punches Diamonds Droog in the face from the future

Clover

Clover's power is his incredible luck, which makes him very hard to put down. In fact, he is supposedly impossible to kill.

• Dodges all of Karkat's strikes

Fin

Fin's power is the ability to see and interact with people's "future trails", allowing him to know the location of a person's death.

• Survives being riddled with bullets, although he bleeds out soon after.

Die

Die's power is held in his voodoo doll. Sticking in the pin which corresponds with a certain person will lead into an alternate reality which is defined by the death of the person.

• Withstands being hit with Spades Slick's horse hitcher

Crowbar

Crowbar's ability involves his titular crowbar. It has the ability to destroy any temporal-alteration artifact, negating its effect on the timestream

• Takes a hit from Spades Slick

Snowman

Snowman's ability is pretty simple. If she dies, the universe ends

• Takes Spades Slick's eye out

• Snipes Spades' rules of blackjack card

• Rips off Spades Slick's arm with her whip

• Puts a lance through Quarters

Stitch

Stitch's power is the ability to fix temporal entropy, which manifests as rifts. He spends a lot of time fixing Lord English's overcoat. He also has a selection of effigies which can tell him the health of the people the effigies correspond to. Altering the effigies alters the people they correspond to.

• Knocks through several of the trolls with an effigy

• Takes an offscreen beating

Sawbuck

Sawbuck's power is that whenever he is wounded, he and his attacker are transported to a random point in time. Fortunately, he's very sturdy, and can take a beating.

• Withstands being pierced by a thrown lance

• Tanks having a card flicked into his head

• Survives being shot and stabbed

Matchsticks

Matchsticks' power, according to the author, is to travel to any time and place by using fire as a teleportation method

• Gets clocked on the head with Spades' horse hitcher

Eggs

Eggs' power is concentrated in an egg timer which, when set, allows him to go back in time one hour. He can keep doing this to create copies of himself, which is what normally ends up happening because he's not so good at time travel.

Biscuits

Biscuits believes that his power is the reverse of Eggs', in that if he sits in his special oven he can go forward in time one hour. What is actually happening is that he sits in his oven and waits for an hour to pass by.

Quarters

Although Quarters' power is never revealed in-story, the author has stated that it is a complicated ability involving coins and paired members of the Felt

• Gets beaten up by Jake and Jane

Cans

Cans has the power to literally punch people into next week.

• Punches through a wall

• Punches John out of the comic

• Knocks several people into next week with one punch

• Gets hit over and over again with a refrigerator

• Gets run down by an army of robo-horses

• Takes hits from Dad

• Breaks the format of the comic and fights Arquiussprite outside of it, somehow
