[GA] If an apartment provides a refrigerator and that refrigerator breaks and it wasn't the tenants fault, does the tenant need to replace what was inside? legaladvice

Asking for someone else.

To be more specific, the apartment provides a refrigerator, stove, microwave etc. The refrigerator broke and the landlord was notified of this, and replaced the refrigerator. The refrigerator was replaced as it was not their doing, but the items inside weren't. They had just went to the grocery store and had $350+ worth of groceries inside that were spoiled. Is there anything that can be done?
