I store vegetables and fruits in the refrigerator, often in separate containers with paper towels to help them last longer.
I go grocery shopping once a week and buy only ingredients I know I will use to cook.
Still, I end up throwing away $50 in spoiled vegetables and fruits. Some of these things only last 2-3 days before they spoil!
What am I missing out on, here? I just want the stuff to make it to the end of the week, at least.
