I'm thinking of meal prepping for the week by making 500-700 calorie meals and packing them in tupperware in the fridge. However, I don't know what kinds of foods will be ok in the fridge for about 1 week without spoiling. Is cooked chicken ok in the refrigerator for a week? Any other recommendations on which foods to prep for some high calorie meals that won't spoil in 1 week?
