Forget the refrigerator, it's my toilet that is always running HomeImprovement

For the past week straight, my toilet in my master bath has been constantly priming. It's gotten louder and more consistent. Here's a quick video showing the setup and the noise it's making.

I need to do 1 productive thing this weekend. What's the fix?
